Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
LPArbVantage (“LPArbVantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit lparbvantage.com, create an account, subscribe to our services, join our newsletter, or use our sports-betting information and tools (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains how we use, protect, and share that information and the choices available to you.
Acceptance of This Policy
By using the Services or providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services or provide us with personal information.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Depending on how you use LPArbVantage, you may provide:
- Account information, such as your email address, username, and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form rather than readable plain text.
- Subscription information, including your subscription status, trial dates, renewal dates, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers.
- Newsletter information, such as the email address you submit to receive LPArbVantage updates and betting guides.
- Communications, including information you provide when requesting help, reporting a problem, or sending feedback.
- Preferences, such as your selected state, sportsbooks, language, bankroll settings, sorting choices, and dashboard preferences.
Payment Information
Subscription checkout and payment processing are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment-card and billing information under its own privacy policy. LPArbVantage does not store your complete payment-card number or card security code. We receive limited information needed to manage your access, such as confirmation that checkout was completed, subscription status, billing dates, and Stripe account identifiers.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, our systems and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, requested pages, dates and times of access, referring pages, error details, and general interaction information. We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve LPArbVantage.
Cookies and Local Storage
LPArbVantage uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your email when requested, save dashboard preferences, remember your selected language, and maintain security. Some of these technologies are necessary for the Services to function. You may remove cookies or stored preferences through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or reset parts of the dashboard.
Analytics and Advertising
We may use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand visits, page use, device information, and general audience activity. We may also display advertising through providers such as Google AdSense. When those services are enabled, their cookies and similar technologies may be used to measure performance, limit repeated ads, and personalize advertising as permitted by law and your choices.
You can manage Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center and review industry opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. Browser settings can also block or remove cookies, although some site features may then work differently.
Language Translation
The dashboard may offer automatic translation powered by Google. If you select a language, page content may be sent to Google for translation, and Google may use cookies or receive technical information as described in Google’s own privacy policies. Automatic translations may contain errors and are provided for convenience only.
How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure customer accounts.
- Confirm Stripe checkout and manage trials, subscriptions, renewals, payment failures, cancellations, and access to paid features.
- Provide and personalize betting tools, calculators, dashboards, state settings, and sportsbook preferences.
- Send service notices, account messages, support responses, and—when you subscribe—newsletter emails and product updates.
- Monitor performance, investigate errors, prevent fraud or misuse, and protect our users and Services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
- Develop and improve the Services.
When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share limited information in the following situations:
- Service providers. We may use companies that help us operate LPArbVantage, including Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, hosting and infrastructure providers, and Google for optional translation. They receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud or security issues; or protect the rights, safety, and property of LPArbVantage, our users, or others.
- Business transfer. Information may be transferred as part of a sale, merger, financing, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of the website or business. Where required, we will provide notice before information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
- With your direction. We may share information when you ask us to or provide clear consent.
Newsletter Choices
You may choose whether to join the LPArbVantage newsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link included in a marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing messages will not prevent necessary account, security, billing, or service-related communications.
External Websites and Sportsbooks
LPArbVantage may link to sportsbooks, payment providers, social networks, and other third-party websites. Those services operate independently and have their own privacy policies and security practices. This Privacy Policy applies only to LPArbVantage, and we are not responsible for how an external website collects or uses information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, meet legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Account and preference information is generally retained while your account is active. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Certain transaction and subscription records may be retained for up to seven years where needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards include hashed passwords, restricted administrative access, secure account cookies where appropriate, and verified Stripe webhook signatures. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and keeping your login information confidential.
Data Breach Notifications
If we discover a security breach affecting personal information, we will investigate it and provide notice to affected individuals and government authorities when required by applicable law. A notice may be sent by email, displayed through the Services, or delivered using another legally permitted method.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to appeal a decision concerning your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
California and Other U.S. State Rights
Residents of California and other states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have additional rights concerning personal information. These may include the rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. LPArbVantage does not currently sell personal information for money or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no single universally accepted standard for these signals, LPArbVantage does not currently respond to them in a uniform way. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will process supported signals as required.
Adults Only
LPArbVantage is intended only for adults who are at least twenty-one (21) years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under twenty-one. If you believe a person under twenty-one has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as LPArbVantage changes or as required by law. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Policy takes effect means the updated Policy will apply to your future use.
